Program & Industry Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join BMAA at a pivotal moment of growth. As our Program & Industry Development Manager, you will take ownership of delivering BMAA's existing programs while building relationships and partnerships that create lasting opportunities for Black music creators across Australia.

This is a 6-month guaranteed role. In the first 6 months, the focus is on activating and delivering our planned programs. Once further funding is secured, the role will expand into full program development and strategic planning.

The role:

  • 6-month guaranteed contract (with potential for extension)

  • 3 days per week

  • Sydney
